Hopefully Chief Gwinn-Villaroel will achieve the goals she has set for the department. Not only will she have to restore community trust, she will have to show prospective recruits that being a Louisville police officer is a worthwhile career for growth and service. I wonder how morale in the service is right now given that the rogue officers have been removed. Do you know?
