I agree with much of this, Walter. However, you do sound cynical. I wouldn't begrudge the child of a Hollywood elite getting a leg up as long as they work on their craft. Look at Denzel Washington's son, John David. Great actor. The flip side of that is Tori Spelling, Aaron Spelling's daughter. Brutal actress.

I'm curious if your wife's family still has the farm in Peru. That's an interesting legacy if it has been in the family for generations.
