What counts as infidelity has changed somewhat. It's not just bodily contact or phone sex. It also includes text sex which was impossible 30 years ago.

We do have to be careful, especially when in positions of authority. Apostle Paul writes about teachers being judged more strictly and gives conditions for elders. Christian life isn't easy.
