What Are You Afraid To Say

Life is too short to waste by being fearful

I had a friend die recently. He was hurting mentally and he took his own life. He was only 56 years old.

He chose the time of his death. Most of us don’t know when death will come upon us. Seeing him in his casket made me think about the fleeting duration of life.

It also made me think about the things that I’m afraid to say. I’m afraid because:

1. I don’t want to lose my job,

2. I don’t want to be removed from social media

3. I don’t want to incur the wrath of commenters,

4. I don’t want to get into arguments with people.

So I keep my mouth shut.

So no one knows that I believe that:

1. salvation is through Jesus Christ alone
2. there are only two genders
3. marriage is between a man and a woman
4. that a woman is an adult human female
5. abortion is the taking of innocent life(murder)

And they won’t know. I fear man too much. So I just nod and smile and agree. I put on an act. I’m a hypocrite.
